Everyone we encountered, from the medical team, right through to the Tonic admin team and the nursing team were fantastic. I went via Tonic to arrange my surgery with Mr Awad and from the first consultation I felt at ease. Communication throughout was fantastic, on the day of the surgery he took the time to meet me and explain the procedure and answer any questions I had. When I came round from surgery he was there to reassure me that all had gone well and again the next morning to discuss in detail. I have contacted Mr Awad since surgery with a couple of questions and always had a quick response. I would definitely recommend Mr Awad without hesitation.

Mr Awad is an incredibly kind and supportive surgeon as well as a person. He listened to me as a patient and gave me the care and attention I was hoping for.
